We arrived and contacted the property, someone arrived within a minute as they live right next to it and showed us around. The room was lovely with everything in pristine state. The bed was extremely comfortable, even in the August heat we didn’t have to put the air conditioning on.
Breakfast is classic Italian : bread from nearby, butter, jams, honey and coffee or tea. Bottled water can be purchased at a low cost.
The lady who came and explained everything to us was lovely, extremely polite and professional. We will definitely come back.

Very clean all around -bathroom was top notch(best shower in Italy so far). Beautifully renovated apartment! The host was super welcoming and nice. They also have a very lovely dog at the accommodation! Would definitely recommend :)

Secure parking within the grounds. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. I was given a double room instead of the twin I booked which felt like an upgrade :) Although the owner speaks no English - she was friendly.
