Mmmmm, absolutely stunning little island, too crowded in august, some visitors disrespectful of island throwing rubbish where ever for example, and of staff in hotel and Restos, a lot of entitled people seem to visit here. Visited specifically to visit Stromboli, long and complicated travel and expensive hotel but happy to pay as Stromboli was to be the highlight. Booked boat trip on last night and was let down by boat company with no apology or attempt to fix and no time to rearrange. Avoid
NOLEGGIO GOMMONI la Stefano if you want a professional reliable boat service. Horrible customer service

I recommend to visit the Basiluzzo island and to see the "Grotta dell'amore" where the water is crystal clear. I love the small streets in the islands, lots of nice small restaurants and terrace. I recommend also to have an apero at Raya in the port, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the Stromboli. We also managed to see few eruptions at night.

Panarea is a beautiful island, tiny and very posh! Three days was plenty of time especially because on the 2 day we took the private boat and we did the tour of the island.
Certainly a place to go, but certainly not to a place to get to know people!

We absolutely loved the far end away from the port.
We absolutely loved the far end away from the port. It was peaceful and the beach was perfect with clear blue water and snorkelling and lots of pre-historical sites to visit but the port end was to loud for us it was party loud and late every night, drinks costing from $15/20. The restaurants are delicious but super expensive. The shop keepers pounce on you and follow you around the shop, I hadn't experienced that anywhere else in the islands and Sicily, I love to shop but was talked and followed out of the shops, it felt all about money there.

Panarea is a beautiful island, where everything is very well...
Panarea is a beautiful island, where everything is very well kept and easy to access. Every single house looks beautiful and quaint. However, there is only one sand beach, and it is quite small. Therefore, it is often pretty packed. I think the best way to visit the island is on a cruise: that way you can check the little stores, restaurants and alleyways, but still enjoy a good swim from your boat (and there will be others too!). At night, you can come to the mainland for food and drinks.
The location was perfect for our trip, super close to most restaurants, shops and the port while being a bit more secluded than the main road which was nice. The AC and bathroom/shower worked perfectly which are musts for me. It also had a lot of pretty art; the decor was beautiful and made for some great pictures! The highlight however were the staff, particularly Francesco who is constantly making sure everything is alright with your stay and facilitating anything you may need during your time in Panarea. Would definitely come back here.
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the village, a small walk from the harbour.
The staff is very friendly and, although we arrived in the morning, Salvatore could make a room available for us in less than and hour and offered us a coffee while waiting.
The room itself is comfortable and quiet. They can serve you the breakfast on the terrasse above with a nice view on the sea and on Stromboli.
Everything simple but nice, friendly and natural.
We recommend!
Such a beautiful hotel. The gardens were stunning, the restaurant/bar is beautiful with amazing views, the room interiors were very cute, the bathroom was pretty and the balcony with sea views was dreamy. The staff at reception and breakfast were super nice and welcoming. Location was perfect.
The party in the evenings is so much fun! We left early and our bedroom was shaking until the early hours, but we did not mind and we could hear everyone was having fun.
We were met at the ferry, bags and bodies golf-carted to the property, located at the end of a quiet path/street. Pleasant room with views across the pool of offshore rocks and an ocean peppered with yachts. Helpful friendly staff served drinks and snacks poolside, a rich and diverse breakfast buffet, excellent cappuccino just right. Panarea is the aeolian island of choice, and we would return to this accommodation.
Location was perfect and great complimentary pick up from the harbour. Helpful reception staff. Great facilities (eg pool, spa, laundry service) and breathtaking views over Stromboli and the other islands.
We were on honeymoon and therefore asked for a bottle of bubbles on arrival, which was also offered by the hotel... ver pleasant surprise!
The owners and staff are very friendly. Rooms very nice and in typical island style. The view from breakfast room was a lovely way to start the day. In the evening they lit candles on each balcony. Location was great too, close to everything. Will book this place again.
Great apartment with amazing sunrise view. Very quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. We checked in at Oasi Hotel then we were transported for free by the hotel staff which was amazing as we were too tired to walk.
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Oasi Frederica at the front desk was so helpful and a perfect host nothing was ever a problem. The grounds are immaculately kept and the thermal springs pool was a delight and very refreshing on a hot summers day.
The view is spectacular, it was worth the short hike up. The terrace is huge, we stayed in the Villeta in the middle and had the best terrace of all three.
The price was good for this expensive island.
The outside kitchen is charming.
The location was wonderful. The hotel is central. Literally 1 minute walking from the port. Sparkling clean. The staff was very polite. Our room had a terrace with an amazing view. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more.
An absolutely stunning location and room. The view is one of the best I’ve experienced. The hotel that owns the place is really lovely and the staff are incredibly helpful. The value for money is also fantastic.
The hotel enjoys a unique position perched on the cliff with fabulous sea views, but near to the port as well. The breakfast was delicious and well-served in another delightful terrace location.
The view is amazing.
The room is beautiful.
Breakfast is absolutely perfect & generous.
Staff is very welcoming.
Being able to have dinner at the hotel is great. The food and wine were good.
loved the location, the pool area and our room had a stunning view. we wish we booked for longer.
