Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Bathrooms were almost always free and are cleaned regularly. It was nice to have the restaurant onsite. The food at the restaurant was really good. Lots of breakfast options as well and the staff is always available to make you some coffee.

Best location in the historic center “Old Town” between 2 canals, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk to the beach!
The owner and staff speak English and make great recommendations on food and activities. They helped carry my luggage up to the 4th floor for an amazing view of the commercial ships on the canal and Sottomarina area.
The room is very basic and a hard bed, but this is common in Italy. Great air conditioning, even with the humidity. I got my exercise up and down the steep stairs!

For a one star hotel it is very nice. The man working on reception is extremly kind, even hotel doesnt have its own parking, he waited outside and provided us a parking sport in front of hotel. Espresso coffee for welcome. A small present on leaving. The room was very clean, with a nice balcony and it had everything you need. The hotel is 2min walk from the beach and center of Sottomarina
There's not much to do there. It is closer to Chiogga so if you didn't want a long commute from Venice to Chiogga, then it would be a good idea to spend a night in Pellestrina. Also, a nice way to get away from the business of venice.
