The studio flat is very cosy and spacious, and the terrace is just a great place to relax. The flat is very well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The private parking is great peace of mind and the underground within easy reach allowing to not have to negotiate the city heavy traffic and complicated limited access system. Check-in and communication with the owners was smooth and friendly. We would definitely come back when in Milan again!

Extremely clean and furnished with high quality appliances and fixtures. Enrico stocked the apartment with a variety of breads, pastries, and crackers. The fridge had fruits, milk, orange juice, water, cold cuts, etc..

    For a business 3 star hotel this hotel was really excellent. The service from the employees was very friendly as well as quality of the room amenities. In short, highly recommended, we will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit.

    I loved this place.

    I loved this place. Great host Moreno, he greeted us with a delicious red wine and made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had easy access to the local restaurants and shops. Moreno also gave us good advice re walking the Cinque Terre. For us the weather, the atmosphere and the whole experience was great. the breakfast was very simple but the coffee was perfect!

    Great location From the map, it looks remote, but it is literally 100m from metro station, red line, sou you can reach the very center of Milan - Duomo square in 25 minutes. Also quite handy when flying from Malpensa. There are two big supermarkets nearby and all you could need - cafes, pizzerias, pharmacy, barber shop. The Pero district is cute, clean, and quiet, with a small river running through it. Apartments themselves are comfy, with everything we need. The quality of sleep was very good)

    It was a clean friendly hotel. The drinks service for the breakfast was a bit chaotic as they have to carry it to your table for you. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection of pastries, cheese, ham, fruit etc… The hotel has complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer and plenty of hot water. The room size was good. There is a 24 hour reception with a small bar area. Next to the hotel is a Carrefour Express which closes around 8pm.

    The Hosts where lovely and helpful when arriving they also gave me a great break fast to get me started in the morning. Also, the location of the property was amazing with the city metro only costing 2 euros a day being a 1 minute walk from Pero station you can’t complain. Also close, a supermarket and some small restaurants and bars. Not a tourist in sight.

    A great location, just few minutes from the metro station Pero. Free parking in front of the house. Air conditioning worked very well. The host was friendly. The highlight for us was the coffee bar Sempione in Pero, we would recommend everybody to have their morning coffee there, they are opened from 6 a.m.

    For me it is standard accommodation, when I am traveling to Milan on the MICAM and Lineapelle exhibitions.Accommodation is about 600 m from metro station Pero, which is 1 stop from station RHO exhibition.Cca 200 m from main street with a few restaurants and excelent Pasticeria for morning breakfast.

    Location is good. It's outside of Milan, but it's close to Molino Dorino metro station, which has a big and cheap multistory parking next to it (2.5 euros a day)
