Even before we arrived they were very kind and helping us! They gave us a surprise with an upgrade , the suite was beautiful , confortable and modern. Everything worked perfectly!, Breakfast was delicious and the service exceptional But the most beautiful experience was with the staff!! The breakfast buffets were wonderful--very generous in choices, and surprisingly included scrambled eggs to order. Those eggs were probably the best I ever had at a hotel breakfast! We enjoyed the fresh fruits, the pastries and bread, the ham and prosciutto, and the cappuccinos and pots of tea. The waitress from Romania couldn't have been nicer. The dining room itself is lovely. The room was so very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and included the largest hotel tub we have ever seen. We appreciated that staff honored our request for a quiet room by giving us a top floor room on a back courtyard to avoid street noise. The valet parking worked out so well for us. We appreciated Stefano's efficiency and cheerfulness. The front desk staff were always helpful, especially with directions for exiting and entering the historic district. I appreciated that they tolerated my grammatically incorrect Italian and didn't automatically switch to English!
