I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.

Breakfast was varied and good. The location is very quiet. (We were there in November.) The receptionist was very efficient and nice. The posting and reviews mentioned a pizzeria, but it was not operating at all when we were there. It looked pretty empty. Perhaps they are renovating.
