The location was the biggest draw card for us. We didn’t need luxury because we planned to be out exploring. Porto Conte was clean, the family who run it do a brilliant job looking after guests and the breakfast was generous and fresh. It’s a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches and Porto Conte park, about 20 minutes to Alghero, but it’s cut off from the noise making it very peaceful. The house is lovely, large garden, beautiful porch - perfect for easy mornings and chill evenings. Caterina and her husband were great hosts - they were there for anything I needed and served up breakfast at the agreed time out on the porch. The room were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Internet was working great. The place is quite nice and quite. You can relax from the noise of the city and enjoy the sound of the nature. The owner welcome us on late check in due to our late plane arrival. He was always kind and helpful whatever we needed. It was really a pleasure to stay there and I would recommend it to everyone!

The breakfast was good, healthy, especially the homemade cakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice facility around. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us with renting a car and finding a winery where we could eat and taste their wines.
