good location. very quiet. just a few meters away from a walking trail and river(bed) (good, e.g., if you are travellingwith a dog). very friendly staff and clean rooms. we had dinner one evening at the restaurant. simple, good food. the wine from the agriturismo was very good. breakfast was ok. not a big choice on the menu…i.e., typical italian breakfast items. distance to udine just a 10-15 minute drive.

One night stand with family. We have the room for four people with bunk bed. Everything was alright, clean and modern. A while we can't find entrance because we didn't know we should go through the restaurant. Some food was missing on breakfast (ham, vegetable...), probably becasue there were no many guest that time.
