It's a quiet location, very close to principina mare where...
It's a quiet location, very close to principina mare where you will find also a nice clean sandy public beach, not too crowded. There is good ventilation and threfore not too hot even in full summer.The water is very shallow and void of sealife, therefore not recommended for snorkeling. It's good instead for sailing, wind-surf and so on. close to Grosseto, parco dell' Uccellina and Castiglione della Pescaia. There are some bike lanes in the area.

We came for one night stop over on the way to Rome, as we drove car at evening. And regret that we lost a lot of time just to find the place. Far from road, than inside the residence we got lost at night as numbers of homes were not appeared, lack of light and no any assistance. After walking all around compound we found it and opened by mobile phones light. We found so many flies sitting everywhere. Second room didn’t have 2 separate single beds, as it was mentioned- it was bunk bed over each other. No food, no drinks, no any smell of service.

There was a small farm area with some nice animals (2 horses, a donkey, 2 goats, some rabbits, lots of wild birds) and my young son loved that. Beyond that, there was nothing to like during our stay, as the hotel closed our first morning, the pool and spa areas were not available, and absolutely nothing was open.MichaelItaly
