Beautiful Villa property and ideally located next to Pisa and very close to Luca. We were surprised that the host held their restaurant open until we arrived just to make sure that we were able to have dinner even though we arrived after their closing time. The meal was amazing so we highly recommend that anyone staying at the property plan at least one evening that you take dinner on site.

The house was located in a quiet area. We did a self check in, although we struggled a bit communicating with the host because we didn't speak Italian. However, they answered our questions immediatelly. There was free parking outside the property.

Both the room and the shared facilities were clean and comfortable. The location is less than a 2-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. There were lots of good restaurant choices and small grocery shops in the area. I found it easy to get on the bus at the train station and walk from the drop off to the hotel.
