I loved that they upgraded me. The facility was clean, fancy and comfortable. The service was excellent in all aspects.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was informative and friendly, I especially liked the newsletter each morning with events, excusions and hikes nearby. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, both savory and sweet, a honey comb and over 15 seeds, fruits, yogurt/cereal toppings. The family and adult spa were never crowded and well-maintained. Great hotel bar, wonderful ambiance, and piano bar 6 nights a week in February2024.
