The room was very clean, the bed very confortable , coffee machine in the room (very good coffee), and a basket for breakfast. Very nice and enough.

Everything was nice. The owner picked up us a several times to train station :) and it was really comfortable and helpful. He also found for us 2 umbrellas to go to the beach. The apartment was huge and clean! Balcony with the sea view.

Riposto is a nice location to stay on the east side of Silily. You must have a car to get around. It is convenient to visit other village near by. Off the tourist track with good range of cafes, supermarkets and diners. Central base to access eastern Sicily by train and Randazzo by Circumetnea. Very untidy streets with rubbish strewn everywhere.

I liked the Sicilian atmosphere, the friendly people, the gastronomy, the panorama of Mount Etna and the harbor. We used the train connection to Catania and Taormina, which is very convenient and reliable.

Riposto offers a great base if you want to visit Taormina and Catania. It's a small town with a number of eateries, local shops etc, away from all the tourists. There is no beach apart from a stretch of shingle just outside the town, but you can swim and snorkel here. It's not somewhere you would want to go for a beach holiday or entertainment, but great for a quiet base to tour from.OpherUnited Kingdom

Moreover, Mariangela, one of the hosts who handed us out the keys, was very nice and helpful. She made herself available through WhatsApp and provided many suggestions. They made us feel at home guiding us through the choices of good restaurants and wine cellars around Riposto. The Villa is charming, with clean and comfortable rooms and with an amazing view on Etna Volcano. From Riposto it is possible to reach in few kilometers several points of interest (e.g. Etna, Taormina, Catania, Acireale). Recommended

The hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens and we could see lava flowing down Etna from our room. Staff were so nice and even pressed by husband's shirt when they noticed it was wrinkled.
