The whole experience from check in to check out was great. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The property was an experience, who doesn't want to stay in a villa in Tuscany? The young lady at the front desk, wish I remembered her name (sorry), was so helpful in showing us our rooms, she served us drinks and snacks out on the patio, she offered recommendations for dinner, which was a fantastic place 4 minutes away by car, she served us breakfast which was extensive and checked us out. She told us some of the history of the property and was overall an excellent ambassador for the villa. Their rooms were nice and had all one needs for an overnight stay. The grounds were delightful to take a walk around. Would enjoy returning again sometime.

We were stranded and found this little gem! It was the highlight of our 20 day trip with 5 different B&B's. The owner was very prompt at getting us a wonderful room. The best beds, pillows and sheets! Attention was given to every detail, in the words of the owner, "Everything matters." There are three tranquil hangout spots outside of the room; front porch, back patio, and veranda (which has a great view). The food is fresh and homemade! Best of all was the owner's conversation-he helped us plot our journey on the map. Listened to our story and had some intelligent input to make our Mission more informed.

Our time at Locanda Sant'Agata was fantastic! From Marco's friendly check-in to the exquisite restaurant and typical Italian breakfast, everything was wonderful. The location is perfect for exploring Pisa, Lucca, and nearby villages, set in a peaceful countryside with mountain views. Our Deluxe room was beautiful, clean and comfy! The family-like atmosphere and impeccable service (plus, Gerry, their adorable dog) made our stay very romantic. Meeting the kind mother at check-out was a special touch. For those who savour fine dining experiences marked by culinary brilliance and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend the Sant'Agata restaurant. Very friendly staff, very clear instructions and private. They were also accommodating to our needs and our late arrival. Excellent and clean facilities. Would definitely return there if I need to be back in Pisa. Our host even offered us a delicious after dinner drink! He was amazing.

This place is lovely, just lovely. The rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast rich and delicious, and the pool is perfect. The entire property "smells" like nature and calmness. Bonus for the kids: petting and seeing the little Pony horse around the garden made our stay memorable. This is the second time we have come, and we can't wait to be back! Thank you, Ciccio!
