Everything went smoothly. The room was clean, the bathroom was big, we even had a balcony. We were delighted to notice that the shower gel and soap in the hotel bathroom were locally made and of really good quality. Our hosts were friendly and they organised diverse and tasty breakfasts. The hotel is located at 5 minutes of walking distance from the Terme.

Our full day experience in QC Terme was above all...
Our full day experience in QC Terme was above all expectations! The range of activities is more than one can imagine, from variety of indoor and outdoor pools (bubbles, fountains, waterfalls, ice baths, balcony baths etc), over saunas for everyone's taste (cinema sauna, healing sauna, 40 degrees to over 80 degrees), to feet treatments and face trainings, and more! Food selection was also great, with an all you can eat lunch buffet and an afternoon aperitivo. We were not bored a single second during the 10 hour stay, and mountain scenery only adds up to the value and experience! Would highly recommend!

San Pellegrino Terme is a quite peaceful and immortal thermal station which thanks to the new QC Terme installment is reviving its antique and deserved splendor.
Unique example of liberty architectural style, a Gem inside the mountains.

This is a review of the QC Terme.
This is a review of the QC Terme.
I came on a Tuesday and had most places all to myself after the appertif! This place is the best spa I've been to! The areas are inviting and clean. Spectacular way to spend an afternoon and evening. Because of covid, they changed how they do the apertif, I would have like a little more fruit than bread and potato chips (at a health spa?) Maybe people could circle a few items on a menu when they arrive, since when you arrive they tell you when you're going to eat. That'd feel more like being pampered. I still have no idea if it was smoked turkey or fish I ate...the portions were too small. The alcohol runs freely... but I don't drink. The bar would be sweet deal if you do.
Can't wait to come back!!
The town is great and relaxing, be aware it's old school Italy everything closes up around 12:30-1:00 not to be opened up again until 3:00-3:30.

Market on Sunday mornings. Town surrounded high mountains and amazing valley trip from Bergamo that is spectacular.
QC Terme San Pellegrino - Thermal Bath is a deal here. Stay all day 'til midnight at spa for about 50 euro. Luxurious.

Based on what we had read, we were expecting San Pellegrino...
Based on what we had read, we were expecting San Pellegrino Terme to be a beautiful place with a lot of art nouveau architecture. Sadly, with the exception of the Grand Hotel and the Casino (neither of which you get inside) there was not a lot of art nouveau style in evidence, and we really had to search for what there was. The whole place felt a bit sad and run down. The Grand Hotel is currently being renovated and perhaps when it reopens it will have a positive impact on the whole town. The QC Terme Spa was, however, well worth a visit.

Beautiful area to visit. Charming buildings and stores.
Beautiful area to visit. Charming buildings and stores. Very calm and nice to walk on the streets. The QC SPA is worth each penny they charge. I would go there everyday during my stay at the pool and relax in the saunas and steam rooms. Also, they sell a brunch that includes wine and San Pellegrino water. Only real bad experience was the pizzeria we went for dinner that is located in front of the spa. The name of this restaurant is Liberty. Horrible service and the bill was almost the double it was supposed to be because it had charges from the other table. The stuff made fun of us when we asked then to fixed it and they treated it as it was normal to be charged for things we didn't order.

Super-clean and cute, very good location. Our stay turned out a fantastic experience thanks to the host Chiara, always available and helpful. We had some special needs, and all those requests which has been fulfilled with no additional fee. Also, such a nice surprise was an aperitivo prepared for us as a welcome. That kind of experience of an Italian hospitality is unique and you will not find it in big hotels of 10 stars. P.S congrats on great taste when it comes to literature :) !💙
Pros:
- Spotless room and hotel in an excellent location and with stunning views. Near lots of restaurants/cafes and a 2 minute walk from the famous QC spa.
- Very helpful, polite and friendly staff.
Lovely authentic Italian feel to the hotel.
- Great continental breakfast and good coffee.
- Stunning spa on the premises, with a lovely candle lit, exclusive ambience and a sauna with windows and views of the mountains and water.
- reasonably priced accommodation
- would stay again
it was very clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection of sweet breads, cereals, juices, tea, coffees, yogurt, and the food was very good. The location was very very close to the bus stop. You can hike up the mountain if the “funicolare” is closed. You can spend an evening at the thermal baths and return to the hotel. feeling relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel. We are a couple in our 60s from the United States.
Location was perfect, could not be better.
I also stayed at QC’s hotel and I can tell you, for location and price I would choose Hotel Bigio if you’re coming for the spa, it’s literally right at the foot of the Terme Spa and comfort wise, is comparable.
The staff were very kind and helpful, they stored luggage for me, they also make a great fresh cappuccino. Typical continental breakfast & they also have a beautiful restaurant next door.
Our 2 night's in Casa Marina, San Pellegrino Terme have been very relaxing, comfortable and magical! This house felt like home for us!
Marco and Enza welcome us with hospitality and they were so nice and friendly with us during our short journey!
The house is located in a very nice area of San Pellegrino Terme , the view , food , walking and fresh air, this area bring a lot of good things to do with your family!

Everything was as expected! Very efficient and attentive staff. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The breakfast very well organized with a great variety of food, as well as the restaurant with traditional local food! Free parking close by. Great value hotel in San Pellegrino, easy to reach Dossena.
The owners are really kind and helped us a lot with all the information we needed, the hotel was super clean, good breakfast and the location is another great plus since the hotel is located only 5 minutes walking from the thermal baths (QC Terme San Pellegrino). Really recommended!!
The hotel was spotless clean, in the room we had an an excellent face and body care lit, Dyson hair dryer, excellent coffee and capsules and tea, the lobby has a selection of delicious cookies and various types of coffee and tea available for the hotel guests
The landlord was really friendly, we came to see the new via ferrata at santa croche. It was well placed, yet it took about 2-3 hours just to reach the start of the trail. From san pellegrino terme you can easily walk up in about 30-45 minutes.
Super nice owner who made an effort to put little halloween decoration to our room! The room was comfortable and the villa - beautiful. And in general San Pellegrino Terme is a stunning little town. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Anna.
Nice boutique hotel. Easy to check in using online system and machines on arrival. Loads of free snacks and San Pellegrino drinks. 5 minutes walk from San Pellegrino Terme. Easy reach by bus or taxi (50€ from Bergamo Centrale).
Perfect apartment with lots attention to the details. Location is perfect if you want to visit Terme San Pellegrini appr. 5-7 mins walk. Breakfast is served in the room at the time you prefer - all like a 5 star hotel.
