The room was gorgeous and exactly as described. When there was an issue with the hot water at night they quickly had staff members come to fix it. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable place to stay nestled behind a castle. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sauna and jacuzzi worked well. The place they recommended for breakfast had some of the best cornetti I have had. I would certainly stay here again.
