This property was by far way superior to so many other italian properties. Every little detail was really thought out. It was so comfy - the bed and the linens pillows etc . The shower was big with great pressure and plenty of hot water . Kitchen was great for cooking. The coffee was AMAZING . The owners have really put their heart into the property and i wish many others would do the same!! Our dogs were welcome, parking wifi all great. Only good things. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond And he even offered to post me something i left on accident. Highly recommend- from a well seasoned traveler :)

Amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel its self has been recently refurbished and has been done with amazing taste. The grounds are beautiful.
The pool area is nice and quiet , you can order wine etc to your lounger or sofa area.
The staff went above and beyond to make our trip exactly how we wanted it. Special mention to Leonardo who is very welcoming and sweet as soon as you walk in.
I would recommend using their free bikes to ride into the center which is only around 6 minutes on the bike.
Ignore any negative comments , this hotel is a great choice. I would highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful!
The house is situated in Santa Lucia in a green village. It is very clean, well equipped and bigger than most of the houses from Pisa and surroundings. The owner is very friendly and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly. Very nice garden with citrus trees. Nice terace and spatious kitchen, rooms and living room. Comfortable beds. A pleasure to relax or as base camp, to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and the coast. Thank you again, Cristina!
