We didn't meet any staff in person, but the guidance they provided online was very helpful and check in was super easy. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very pretty. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was very nice. The building required a pin pad entry, then room keys allow elevator and room access. Very streamlined and safe for families or solo travelers.
