Was one of the nicest places we have stayed on our Europe trip. Very beautiful place, great and helpful staff.
This resort features an 18-hole golf course and is 2 km from the medieval village of Saturnia, in the Tuscan Maremma.

Lovely unique place. The natural Source and Algae I think can hit the mind and the soul of most sceptical and rational people. You immediately understand that this is one of a kind nature creations that On top has a history of service excellence for ages. I have visited the place twice. And I see that the owners keep the standard - decorate the rooms, change the mattress, add spa protocols - despite of the various crisis like Covid etc. One of the biggest achievements is the restaurant, bell boys and the Bar. Last time we came restaurant was just a place to get to a day you arrive. Now it can compete with really great Tuscany cousins around. We came there twice during 5 days. The Bar guys are lovely. They serve cocktails day and night and also beautiful lunch. At the entrance you always get the best attitude even though you arrive - like we did - with 10 pieces of luggage on a dusty car after 7 hours drive and you get same attitude and service versus you arrive on Lamba.

The pool area is fabulous, as are the views. The food in the offsite restaurant is good and good value.
There is great peace at the Residence.
Breakfast was adequate and therefore good value. Staff were nice. Wifi was good, considering the location.
The Therme & Mill Springs are close by. Definitely worth going to the Mill Springs for dawn, when there are few people. Later in the day it is so crowded as to negate any joy in going.
Featuring a private garden and a shared lounge, B&B 8380 is set in Saturnia, 300 metres from Terme di Saturnia and 800 metres from the Cascate del Mulino thermal waterfalls.

It’s a cozi and family place to stay. Very clean and spacious room with a good shower. There is a parking lot and I could leave my car over there to go to Cascate del Mulino, this is about 8 minutes walking from the hotel. The breakfast fast is very good and all staff are nice.

There is a nice coffeehouse adjacent to the hot springs.

Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days.
Saturnia has been a lovely place to spend a couple of days. We visited both the official Terme di Saturnia, but also the wilder Cascate del Mulino and enjoyed both (in different ways obviously).
For the Cascate I would suggest going early in the morning on a weekday, so that they are not too crowded. While the official Terme are nice to be enjoyed at any time really, and the ticket to get in is not expensive at all on my opinion.

A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy.
A relaxing break from the tourist spots around Italy. Since you have to rent a car to get there we did not encounter many other Americans.
The hot springs is as beautiful and relaxing as the pictures and videos you see on social media.
There’s a quant town (Saturnia) down the road with a handful of restaurants and a beautiful square locals hang out in with the kids.
Also close by is a hot springs resort that you get a discount day pass to with something like 20+ pools and full spa that we spent the day at.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
As a professional photographer it hurts me a little they don’t have pictures that do it justice.

We didn't spend any time in the town of Saturnia because it is small and not much to do after we spent a couple weeks in Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, and other Tuscan cities. We mostly just relaxed at our Saturnia Tuscany Hotel, the Terme di Saturnia Spa & Resort, and the Saturnia hot springs. It might be the most beautiful place in Tuscany and possibly all of Italy. Visit the hills of Saturnia if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of what Tuscany is. We spent 3 days and it was completely rejuvenating after a couple weeks of being on-the-go. We also drove which takes the fun and exciting adventure to a whole new level if you are use to driving in the United States.

The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting.
The Thermal Spa/Golf Resort for an afternoon was enchanting. The facility was large and reasonably priced. The sandwiches were delicious and the pools varied in temperature. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, not far from our lodging. The town of Saturnia was quaint and closed up in winter. We dined at DaMario, quality food so worth it!
Breakfast was amazing. It had everything from fruit, salad, breads, croissants, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc. Also as a guest you get a discount at Terme di Saturnia Spa and Golf resort which is well worth using if you are going for the day. That is something I would highly recommend doing. The free springs are ok but this experience is amazing. Go for the full spa day and then back to your great room at Villa Giulia.
The place is very clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The hosts are super nice, they provide tips for the place and prepare an amazing breakfast. It’s evident that they do everything with care. Location-wise is also pretty convenient because it’s close to Cascate del Mulino and to the old part of Saturnia.

The ladies that checked us in and served breakfast were great! The property is charming and the the paintings throughout are just fantastic. Loved the location to the salt ponds. Got the best recommendation on eating at a place on the piazza in Saturnia. Loved this stay!
Near the waterfalls

Rosetta was such a sweet woman and gave my wife and I such a great hotel experience! She let us choose which room we wanted and also made us a beautiful array of fresh Italian deserts for breakfast. It was wonderful and would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
This accommodation is perfect for a stay close to the hot spring in Saturnia! The location is nice with a beautiful view, it is very peaceful and quiet which we loved.
We will definitely book again on our come back to Saturnia!
Quaint little village near the saturnia hot springs. Accommodation was fantastic and host gave great dinner suggestions and near by towns to visit that really made our holiday. Thank you!
One of the most beautiful spots we have been too. Close to the hot springs. Pool was good and needed as it was so hot.
Customer service from Serafim was awesome great host.
Lovely hotel
Staff was super friendly and helpful, beautiful hotel and very close to the hot springs. They actually waited for us before closing down breakfast. Very sweet and unnecessary gesture :)
