Very clean and tidy. One use health, beauty, vanity kits were offered as well. The apartment is nicely decorated and already warm when we arrived late to check-in. Breakfast offered. The whole apartment feels welcoming and cozy.

The room was extremely comfy, super clean and everything we need provided including the hairdryer. The breakfast was variant such as bread, eggs, milk, yogurt, sweet cakes, etc. Good coffee and tea were provided nicely by the owner. One thing to highlight that the owner of the property was super nice, she always tried to help anyway, God blesses her! - Will definitely sleep again here if we visit Serravalle Outlet again!

The hotel itself was disappointing… weed and dirt on the driveway… no maintenance… front door entry handle was falling off… However the restaurant, though sparely furnished, lighting terrible in evening, no table flight, the food was spectacular. Totally unexpected, exceptionally well presented, fish was cooked to perfection, they even offered gluten-free bread. Breakfast on beautiful Sunny terrace, overlooking Italian countryside… avocado toast, great jam amenities and excellent service.

It is an indifferent small town, with friendly people, and very little options for lunch or dinner. Perhaps everyone is eating at the Outlet nearby and returns to the town only to rest and sleep. The Pizzeria MONUMENTO (if I remember the name well) prepares a decent pizza in a wood oven. Life saver, when you cannot find anything elese to eat at 21:00.ARISTEIDISGreece - 10Scored 10

The owner of the apartment was such a nice person that he took us to the outlet, even though there is a bus and a bus stop near the house. Very nice and polite people!!! Very nice room, with an incredibly beautiful view from the window, they left us breakfast and even beer. There was everything we needed. We accidentally took their adapter. Please excuse us. We need to come again to give it back.
