The bed was very comfy, the views were spectacular from the balcony and the jacuzzi is fantastic with a reasonable temperature and my room came with lovely coffee, the staff are exceptionally friendly and the hotel is very clean and well kept. The restaurant is reasonable pricing at 15 pp for breakfast buffet and the view for breakfast is stunning. The hotel is directly facing lake Como.

Luka and his family are fantastic hosts. Located at the foot of the mountains and right next to the trail head, beautiful walk with bar and cafe on the hike.
The refuge is also lots of fun.
Room had a lake view, comfy bed and sheets changed every day.
Breakfast was great too.

The staff were very friendly, including the lady who owns the place who was only too happy to help! It was a lovely experience of a small town in Italy. The room was comfortable and as pictured. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is located a short distance to other restaurants which the locals eat at and make for an authentic Italian experience.
