Nice quiet location near the waterfront in Sistiana - just outside of Trieste. The breakfast provided a nice variety to accommodate even the picky sisters! The beach at Sistiana Mare is nice, the view beautiful, and the water refreshing and clean.

Nice Hotel with spacious parking between 2 streets. New Apartments with pool 50m away across the street. Nice pool with refreshing water. All facilities very clean, rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was various and tasty, backfilled regularly. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, everyone was speaking english and german.

The hotel is about 15 min outside of Trieste. Easily reachable by bus - the bus stops in front of the hotel. Located at a little harbour with a few restaurants it makes for a nice, relaxing place. The gardens of the Miramar Castle are in walking distance (back entrance).
