I had dinner one night at the hotels restaurant the food was great and fine! I cannot talk enough about the staff they took our harts with their love! Meals for breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. I was given a Süd Tirol guest card which provided free access to the local public transport (including cableway) and one of the museums in the area. I also enjoyed the sauna area. Parking space was available in front of and behind the hotel too.

The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.
