I'll start with the room. 3 diff showers one a regular shower we all familiar with, second next to the bed a bath, and outside a spa bath that all you see from it is the lake - Amazing. Staff - from the moment you get till the moment you leave they do everything to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast - you have it all, veggies, fruits, pastry, meat, diff types of cheese, fresh juices, coffee\tea, and ofc any type of omelette you wish to have. Senso - Michelin restaurant located inside the hotel - everything was fab - from the lights to the whole experience to the food.

The swimming pools and the view were excellent! The a la carte restaurant was very good value for when you don't want to walk down to Limone.

This was a nice place with wonderful, helpful staff, but I certainly can't agree with it's 4 star rating. We had just stayed at a beautiful 5 star hotel in Stresa on lake Maggorie that was truly a spectacular 5 star hotel and when we arrived here we were not too impressed for a hotel with 4 stars. The check in area was attractive and the place is very clean but our room was in a second building "The new building"? Took the elevator to 4th floor down and walked through a corridor to the pool area which took us to the second building where our room was. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and there's a small T.V with limited channels. A small fridge, no mini bar and we had plenty of space for our clothes. A basic bathroom with a very tiny 3 foot by 3 foot shower which was uncomfortable. There's a small sink with a wall shelf, but not enough space to leave our toiletry bags and there's only one wall hook for a robe or towel. A/C is terrible, room is too warm. There was a nice buffet breakfast with plenty of seating and the food was decent, but things were not quickly replenished. The juice was empty on several tries and the coffee machines were out of options at times. The fruit trays were often empty ans well as the fried eggs tray, so just expect these situations at breakfast time. Near the pool area there are steps to take you to a walkway that brings you to lots of shopping and restaurants as well as commuter boats and rental boats if you want to get out on the lake . We did rent a small boat with a 40 hp engine for 1 1/2 hours for $140 euros and it was well worth it, we had a nice time seeing other areas of the lake from the water. Overall this was a nice hotel, but I would have a hard time giving it a 3 star rating and don't know how it could possibly be rated for 4.

Great breakfast, parking on site, All the staff were lovely . location great easy walk into town , 2 mins from boat station lovely view of lake ,great roomy room, good hairdryer, comfy bed nice pillows extra pillows , fridge, cleaned every day ,good sleep , air conditioning and needed it in October 32 c .beautiful small coves nearby . We were very happy with this hotel .
