Quiet (very - we slept so good), but vibrant location on the lake with the easy access by car from Milano or airport, breathtaking view (specifically from the rooftop, but also from the restaurant, spa), parking option on facilities with the chargers for electric car (both for additional payment), great breakfast, but most importantly - all the staff was amazing and made our stay truly at home. I want to highlight Lorenzo specifically (receptionist)!

We arrived late to the hotel a staff member told us that they have decided to upgrade us to a better room which was an amazing news - the breakfast with a lake view was amazing.

The SPA facilities are great. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The staff is helpful, especially the girl who guided me through the menu and the walk routes around the area. Did not ask for her name unfortunately, but thank you!

Small town with some monuments and nicely arranged lakeside with a pathway also for bikes and runners as well as some bars on the shore. Typical north Italian with a mix of monumental architecture and industrial buildings between. The downtown located nicely by the rock allowing quite steep walks to the hillside with the ruins and nice panorama view from the top.
