The breakfast was acceptable, could it be better. The staff was wonderful, though, very friendly. We could not figure why the Wi-Fi did not work. It is a great location outside of the walled city.

Swimming pool is a plus, but could have less consistency of chlorine.
Pretty nice surrounding but completely isolated from the civilization.
Beautiful small truffle catcher dog, but kept in a tiny doghouse.

We had a lovely stay at Casamassima. Our suite (No. 1), with a separate living room and large modern bathroom, was big enough to relax and spread out. The suite is beautifully decorated with many extra touches. The wifi was good and the desk area had plenty outlets for charging. Most important was the wonderful customer service and attention paid by the staff, Lucetta and Alessia. They were always ready to help, to give advice, directions and to make reservations. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely stay here. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was exceptional!
