Communication through the app was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just 20 minutes drive from Bergamo airport and has plenty of free parking - it's quite easy to miss the turn off the main road so go slowly. About 2 minutes walk away is a wonderful café that does incredible pastries. Highly recommended, will stay again.

I just stayed one night but all the facilities were perfectly managed. The owner /manager Mr. Rodolfo was very curteous professional well mannered. He facilitated like a Five Star Hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was large (at least queen-size) and comfortable. Our room had a vintage appearance but was clean and functional, and the bathroom fixtures were all modern. We appreciated the elevator, mini-fridge, personal care products in the bathroom, and air conditioning. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
