Well maintained property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC in my room worked very well (I was in Alassio for a wedding; many of the wedding guests complained about poor AC in other hotels and B&Bs).

I love this hotel. Family owned. Brothers from southern Italy. Nicest people. Friendly, kind helpful and warm. This hotel has everything you need. Location. Great private beach. Good sand. Can walk out for a long distance before water gets deeper.Great beach for children and everyone! Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant on beach for lunch. Upstairs restaurant with sea view for breakfast and dinner. Good food, good service. Bar upstairs and on beach walkway. Their own Gelateria on beach walkway. I had an ocean view room with balcony. Beautiful to see the sea, hear the waves and feel the sea breeze. I kept my French doors open day and night. Room and bathroom were not too fancy but they were comfortable. Regina means queen in Italian. I felt like a queen staying here.
