조식 포함으로 예약했는데 호텔에서는 전혀 들은바가 없다고 했습니다. 부킹닷컴과 어떻게 소통하는지 모르겠으나 이번 여행 중 체크인 시점부터 불쾌했던 경험이었습니다. 직원들은 친절했으나 결국 답은 들은 바가 없다이고, 불도 안들어오는 어두운 주차장은 절대 여성분 혼자는 사용할 수 없다는 생각이 듭니다.
