This house is not far from many attractions. Despite the fact that there is a road nearby, the house was quiet. Very large rooms. The kitchen contains everything you need. Elena and her husband were very pleasant hosts and answered all questions. We stayed as a family with three children and were very pleased with our stay in this house.

The rooms and the house are cosy and tidy. The room had the largest shower space and the best soundproofing we experienced on our vacation in Italy. The view down into the valley was amazing. There was plenty of free parking space as well as a nice restaurant just next door. The hotel and the restaurant are part of the same complex and the check-in is actually in the restaurant, not the hotel.

This was our most scenic stay in Italy! Fantastic location, just a stone throw away from Bologna, this historic building close to the mountain top provides magnificent views and an authentic atmosphere. The home cooked food was just delicious and the staff genuinely nice. Excellent option for those wanting to get away from the busy city and enjoy the serenity of the mountains, but still close enough to the milling crowds, if required.

Beautiful house in a quiet town, at a beautiful location. Great for leisure and walks. Wonderful restaurants at 15 minutes by car. Warm welcome by the hosts and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will for sure return.
