Big and luxurious location, a lot of space, nice common spaces both inside and outside.
Good value for the money in an area that has not many options excepting big chains hotels.
Staff was very helpful in communicating with us.
Tip: avoid the very close shoping mall - very big prices. Is better to have with you all you need as are not many shops/restaurants in the area.
We like the view over Death Sea up Jerihon.
The kitchen is fully equipped and big.

The property feels like a home away from home. The space is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We happened to have the whole guesthouse to ourselves during our two nights stay. Alex, the Head Chef, welcomed us with a smile and a zen energy. The breakfast he made for us and the fruit he provided for the house were all fresh and delicious. We highly recommend staying here as an alternative to a large resort, if you are looking for charm and tranquility.

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.
Quiet complex of private apartments. The pools and whirlpool are available 24 hours a day. The pools, with the exception of the whirlpool, were very cold and not completely clean in January. Own reserved parking space. Two separate folding beds are available. Excellent WiFi available in the apartment unit and at the restaurant. Probably due to the winter season, we had the beach only to ourselves. In the evening, only three apartment units were lit. Cheap fast food is available in the neighboring hotel complex (1 km walk to the north).
Big and luxurious location, a lot of space, nice common spaces both inside and outside.

We came when the price was relatively lower than usual, so for the price we paid, it was good value for money. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the Seaview was breathtaking. And even compared to other hotels in the area, I believe this hotel has surpassed most of them, given the price, location and the sea view. When we left, the price almost doubled. If we paid double the price, we would have rated this stay way lower. So keep this in mind.
We were a little bit skeptical to book our stay here because of some reviews regarding the works taking place at the hotel, but I have to say that we found the hotel just perfect! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, the beach has a wonderful view on the dead sea. We stayed for one night, on a sunday of february so definitely "out of season" but it was a really nice stay anyway! Thank you!
I had high expectations for my stay at this hotel. I must acknowledge Mr. Alaa Abu Hilal for his outstanding assistance. We left some items in our Room 301, but thanks to Mr. Alaa, he ensured that they were promptly returned to us and was incredibly cooperative throughout the process. This level of service is truly exceptional, and I look forward to returning for another visit!
So friendly and exceptional care and attention from Ms. Rawan, Wijdan, Dana, and Mr. Omar (guest relations and reception). As well as Aida (Restaurant), Mr. Ahmed Khlifat (life guard - gread attention as usual, this visit and all my earlier visits over so many years). As well as, hotel drivers, Marwan and Ra'ed.
They all make you love to come back again and again.
Such a relaxing place to stay at surrounded by nature’s beauty - rigged mountains, hot sporting a and an oasis. The hotel itself provides good value for money. We very much enjoyed the hot springs pool at day and night; the room is spacious and super clean and comfortable, breakfast is rich and delicious, and staff were very very nice.
Every thing was great starring from the fron disk with Mr. al Samadi was so helpful and friendly, he help us with everything we need to know.
The manager and the waitress at the dining room were beyond the expectations
Smiling all the time 😄
Thank you all for the great day we had at the hotel
The hotel is very well located in the dead sea of Jordan, has good facilities and very helpful/friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is more than enough and the Lebanese restaurant offers tasty food. The value for money is good considering other options in the area.
We stayed there many times and it was exceptional many of those times except those last two times
The staff was nice and helpful but the management is very disappointing how they ruined the whole experience for us with new rules and lack of maintenance for the hotel
In general, the Hilton Hotel is one of the hotels I feel comfortable staying in, whether in the Arabian Gulf or the Middle East... What I liked about my last stay was the suite in which I actually stayed, and I believe no hotel has Such a suite
Many thanks to the wonderful staff
The hotel reception helped us very kindly to find a great driver for the rest of our stay in Jordan
The restaurant and pool staff were great
We felt welcomed and very happy with our stay
resort fixed on the shore of the Dead Sea, with a beautiful promenade that provides a special view, very large swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, tasty breakfast, nice hotel lounge
Very nice hotel ... had a lovely room with sea view and balcony, room very clean and well equiped. Didn't use a pool, but looks good ... nice access to beach
