Location was great. Owner was SUPER helpful. Very grateful for toiletries/dish soap, air conditioning & washer/dryer.

Great location close to the Ginza Street, conveniently close to Izakayas and local convenience stores, even during the New Year period (Luckily some Izakayas and stores were open). Free parking area behind the hotel for car rentals. Their cafe was satisfying every morning; I liked the simple menu with toast, eggs, salad and coffee. And staff are nice as reviewed.

The staff was amazing. Very generous and extremely kind, if it was not for their constant smiles and jovial nature, I would have been hard pressed to rate this stay as high as i did.
