Larger than average so plenty of space for suitcases etc. Location is in a more quiet area, meaning less restaurants and shops (can be seen as positive or negative). Really great value and stay overall!

Really fantastic experience here. Our group was interested in doing an onsen experience without going to a more remote location, and this was a fantastic compromise. The hotel facilities are super modern, updated, and clean, and the room itself and bath area were phenomenal and quite comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, and easy to converse with in English.

Excellent location, very clean and the size of the room is much bigger than average in Japan. The kitchen was well equipped and the personnel always available upon request. I strongly recommend this place and do not hesitate to visit the small Nigiri food place opposite to Lawsons konbini just around the corner.

The apartment is beautiful, decorated to a really high spec, absolutely loved the tatami room and spent 3 very comfortable nights on a futon mattress. The bathing facilities were great. The location was also wonderful, with temples and the Gion are an easy walk away. We were met, on arrival, by a very friendly and helpful man.
