I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 29 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne.
The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat.
I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge
I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something.

The hotel was close to a train station which made travel easy. The bed was comfortable. Nothing extravagant, but great for a short stay. We rode a bus from Haneda airport to the station which cost 900 yen per passenger.

We (family of three adults) booked indivdiual rooms in the Grace Hotel because we arrrived in Haneda airport in the evening, and wanted to spend the evening having our own personal space to adjust and get some sleep after the long flight. Another key factor is that we were planning to take the Shinkansen to Kyoto the following afternoon, which is why we even looked at Shin-Yokohama. For these purposes, Grace Hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfortable, the AC/heat units were modern and effective, the hotel was right next to the Shinkansen station, and there was an abundance of amenities within a block of the hotel (the train station's "food corridor" entrance was literally right across from the Hotel's side entrance, the Hotel was adjacent to a Daily Yamazaki Konbini (there was a 7Eleven in the mall/hotel across the street, but it was smaller and more of a walk). There was also an assortment of western Fast Food (Wendy's and McDonalds at least) within 100 yards of the hotel, which was good for one of our party who needed some familiar comfort food.

It’s my 2nd stay at this property. This time i brought my family as my previous stay was overall OK. I think the location isn’t so bad. The price isn’t so bad, too. The room size is OK unless the group has a lot of bags.
