The breakfast was good for the price we paid for the room. The location was good given that we had a car and were visiting the nearby town of Mashiko. The staff were friendly and helped us get a non-smoking room for our second day. We had had to book a smoking room as the non-smoking rooms were fully booked. As there was a cancelation, we managed to get that non-smoking room. While we were out for the day, the staff moved our belongings from the old room to the new one and even remembered to move our milk from the old fridge to the new one.

I LIKED ALMOST EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY THE AMAZING AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. 😃😃 IT'S THE BEST!!! AND THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT WERE ALL SOOOOOOOO WELCOMING. ALWAYS SMILING AND CHECKING ON THEIR GUESTS TO FIND OUT IF EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. AND IT WAS. 😃😃 THANKS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF AND THE CHEFS. 😃😃😃 TWO WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK WHO I BELIEVE WERE MANAGERS OR ASSISTANT MANAGERS, WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH WEL, WERE AMAZING. (SORRY I FORGET THEIR NAMES.) THANK YOU TO THOSE TWO WOMEN. THEY REALLY HELPED ME A LOT WITH PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO SITES MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED TO SEE. This hotel was great— large, comfortable rooms, good beds, great shower, etc. We traveled for two weeks in Japan, and this was definitely the most comfortable we were in any hotel. Breakfast was good, too, and there was plenty of free parking on site. I wish all our hotels were like this one.
