Great view of the sea and sound of waves. Room was spacious for 2, futons were comfortable and had nice chairs for sitting. Price was very reasonable and the facilities were great. Host also has great English if you need it.

Pretty convenient - short walk from awa kainan station. Clean. Spacious. Private half-bathroom and kettle. Close to combini and supermarkets. Everything you might need for overnight or short stay - I was on pilgrimage. Hostess was personable, doesn’t speak English but google translate.
