The location was very good and easy to get to the metro/train station. The rooms were clean and spacious given the size of rooms in Japan and they were very quiet. Very nice bathroom layout.

The best thing about the hotel is the location itself and the view... of course;)
The hotel is located in the middle of the busiest part of the Shinjuku district and within walking distance of all hot spots, restaurants, and subway stations.
The rooms are kinda've small ,so it's better if your luggage is small enough to be carry- on sized. Huge luggage will take up all the walking space in the room. Other than size, the room was very clean and comfortable and well-stocked with amenities.
I would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and welcoming. I was sick when I arrived and they offered a doctor, sent up medicine, and took care of me. I slept for 2 days and then felt better.
