The facilities and room was clean. The onsen was great, although the shower was so weak. We couldn’t enjoy washing our bodies and hair.

I am shocked and appalled at how dirty the rooms were.
You can fully expect $5/night guesthouses in Cambodia to be cleaner.
Fungus all over the walls, whole room and corridor stinks, stains of who knows what on walls and ceiling.
The only comment I got from staff was "Oh well, it's a 30 years old building, what you expect". I expect that room should be cleaned as needed.
