Room was freezing. Heating system didn't work. They gave me a portable electric heater and an extra blanket but really shouldn't be a need fgor this at a hotel.

A very nice ryokan, serving traditional japanese brrakfast and dinner. You have your private parlour in the restaurant, where you are served. The rooms are traditional, you sleep in the futon beds, which the staff makes for you. The rooms with lake view are just amazing.
