Wonderful location along the river. Plenty of space in the house to spread out between the rooms upstairs and the downstairs living area and the bath was wonderful. Easy walk into town to see the waterfalls or grab a bite to eat.

This place is exceptional. The staff are all wonderful and kind. They made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. The rooms are lovely with a sea view that is just gorgeous! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of nice taste treats! There’s a bus stop going to either Shirahama Beach or into Shimoda very close by (1-2 minutes walk). There’s a swimming pool, bar and an onsen on site. This place just can’t be faulted!

Loved the private onsen, we only got to try the stone one (they have two, wood and stone). Loved how close the place was from the beach and shrine, and the bus stop too! The hosts were very nice, and the breakfast are great!
