The manager was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean with comfortable and warm futons. The location was close to the train station with some good restaurants nearby. The cook in a nearby restaurant kindly drove us home the first evening we visiting and we very much enjoyed the friendliness of the nearby restaurant staff as well as the delicious Ramen. The facility was also quiet with an adequate bathing area.
