Yamaguchi is like the Kyoto of this area.
Yamaguchi is like the Kyoto of this area. Except way less touristy and a lot quieter. It has a charm to it that is untouched by urbanization which is amazing 😉 Yuda onsen I would say is the best place to stay in Yamaguchi it has all the best shops and I send and then you can travel from there because it’s centrally locates to most other places.

Tons of food choices and one-day trip options. The rooms have the usual Japanese hotel sizes, the breakfast costs 900¥ but we didn’t like it so much (you get what you pay for), so we went outside for breakfast most days. This is a very convenient stay if you want to discover the nature wonders of the Yamaguchi region!!!ValeriaGermany
