It’s like a paradise! The garden, the pool, the dog! Everything is awesome! Our room was spacious and clean and the access directly from our room to the garden where we had our breakfast was the best part! Our host was amazing and we enjoyed every second of it! We have stayed there for 4 nights. Within our period of stay we have experienced excellent service level from staff on site. Special thanks for Imad who welcomed us at late or early hours when we arrived and provided us with resolutions were required. We got a really great transfer and driving service from Abdel, who fullfilled all of our requirements and drove us around old Marrakech. Big thanks to Nurdin, who served us all food we wanted during our stay and prompt resolutions to any requirements we had. Thanks to Kaoutar and Rida who made our experience even better. Pure 10 our of 10 for staff on site. Surrounding and facilities are great, but people make our stay even better. If all hotels would have Imad, Nurdin, Abdel, Kooitar and Rida, it would be great!!!

Lovely hotel. Staff was really nice Ishmail is very understanding and welcoming. They have free shuttle service to town so it doesn’t make the location far from places and if you require transport later or earlier times they Arrange at a cheaper rate than local cabs. I can’t recommend this place enough. It is truly a 5 hotel that provides 5* service

This property is a hidden Gem outside of the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. As a family with 2 young children we appreciated the spacious room overlooking the pool. It was spotlessly clean and there was always this fresh clean scent especially after the room had been serviced daily which I later learned was orange blossom. The gardens were stunning and added to the sense of tranquility . The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. The owner was very welcoming and we must Mention Nordin who took care of us and couldn’t do enough for our children. Every day there was a different surprise. when he saw the kids lounging around he would go and drop a huge pile of toys in the pool. Another day he would get the ping pong table out.
I know there has been mention of how far it is from the medina but to be honest it was only a 15min drive away in a very reasonably priced private car and free transfer from the airport.
For me the food was the highlight of the trip. Every morning we would choose our menu for the day, as the ingredients had to be sourced daily. This meant we had the freshest and most delicious authentic moroccan meals. my son has a dairy and egg allergy so special milk was brought in for him. my husband and I love mojitos, so fresh mint was picked from the garden to make some for us by the pool.
We had an amazing tour on camel of the Agafay dessert , with a meal watching the sunset organised by Karim which was so special.
All in all we loved our stay and will surely be back soon to try the new Spa !
