Very clean. The host was exceptionally friendly, even sent us a weather warning because of the heat wave that was ongoing and actively asked if she could help us with anything to enjoy our stay. Other residents, some of them long term, were approachable and friendly as well.

The facilities provided, good quality bathroom toiletries, they provided bathroom robe and slippers as well inspite of being a economy room....very clean. The staff too was was very polite and she allowed us a early check in as well....On the whole,it is a good quality hotel...very nice lobby as well. Good location, all the restaurants are close by, also the Arkadia, the grocery store is close by, so is the mercury mall, a 5 mins walk

Loved the size of the room. It was a lot bigger than what I expected; and the same can be said about the bed. The hotel offered an amazing buffet breakfast. There was something for everyone. The pool was heated which I didn't expect. We definitely enjoyed going for a swim, especially my son.
