+ parking + staff always nice and trying to help + Hotel is well located + bed(s) comfortable - terrace of suite dirty - a lot of pigeons (and their left overs on the windowsill) - room-keys not working on the last day of our stay - dirty towel in one room - found underwear of previous guest in one of our rooms - found apology letter with fruit in one room: half of fruit was already bad - dirty room-service plate (food leftovers) at the aisle for two days (we notified service, no action) - breakfast - booking.com not offering enough space for text to describe it all - overall: hotel looking old and maintenance seems to be neglected
