It was horrible! Facility did not look like the pictures that had been uploaded on Booking.com. The place was extremely dirty and the basic amenities like a shower didn’t work properly. Extremely disappointed! Not to mention unprofessional staff!

We absolutely loved everything!! Honestly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. It’s an oasis in the middle of Merida - so tranquil and serene, with beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms. The service from Sara and Neil and their WONDERFUL team was unreal. And the breakfasts - oh my gosh!! I would recommend this hotel to anybody - it really is perfect, and we will be back for sure (we are even contemplating extending our trip just to stay here again).
