I loved the hotel, much better than what I expected. I have travelled a lot and this is definitely one of the top spots I have been to. It is such a magical place, surrounded by nature and complemented by an extraordinary architecture and design in the rooms. It makes a difference when someone loves their job, it shows and it makes a difference to the experience. The location was great. We've never stayed in an apartment before so it was interesting to see what was included. We were pleasantly surprised. We appreciated the stove, fridge, cooking utensil and dish soap. The bed was very comfy and we appreciated the large screen TV for late night watching. Large balcony space. Great location, close to beach and shops in town. We were greeted by friendly hosts, who were very helpful with questions and responded quickly to our requests. We met interesting travellers and felt very safe during our stay. The inner courtyard is peaceful and there is a large communal kitchen.

Location was great! We were close enough to town to walk across the bridge that was directly across the property. The room was huge and loved that we had a fridge. Waking up to the sounds of all the chickens and birds was very peaceful (we have chickens at home so the noise is normal for us)

The location and the grounds were beautiful. The proximity to the beach was great. It looked like it was a place that was - at one time - loved and tended to. Lots of money and effort were put into the design and the layout of the room and common areas... but... The room was large. Child and pet friendly.
