The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were great. They weren't like overinflated balloons. The room was also thoroughly cleaned. There were 24 hour convenience stores nearby, and I needed to buy some aspirin. I was very thankful for I was able to buy some. The room is spacious! The shuttle guy came right on time (even five minutes early) for the airport run in the morning (5:00 am). You should note, however, that it is 40 ringgit (IN CASH), but you'll be hard-pressed to find a Grab at that time, so it is better to book it with the hotel.
