Size of the room was nice, staff at reception was welcoming. View and natural light was good, also the attached good sized balcony was nice to have. There is coffee machine and minibar so you can make your breakfast if you do not want to walk to the hotel (in pouring rain).

The room was really excellent. The views out to the Waddenzee are stunning and the room is very private and comfortable.
The spa bath is a wonderful spot to look out to sea. Having breakfast delivered is a lovely touch!

A lovely town, with lots of history, interesting architecture, and good transport connections. A busy harbour with frequent ferries to the islands, and trains to Leeuwarden, Groningen and beyond. Good bicycle rental shops, and easy access to the coast. Harlingen is a nice city , with a lot of canals and boats. The houses are beautiful and mostly old. The city center has nice shops and restaurants. You can walk around or hire a bike. Beach near by and ferry to the islands (wadden). Great city to stay one or a couple of days.
