The staff, who I think have a stake in the business, clearly took pride in their work - they were all excellent. And the evening meal was exceptional, right down to the bread. The hotel is in a nature reserve and you can hire bikes here too. A boutique hotel at the edge of a forest where you can take long hikes or bike rides. The rooms were slightly small but very comfortable, well furnished with great amenities and large windows with great views. The place is very peaceful and tranquil.
