I was in a economy room. The room was modest but it was clean and comfortable, according to the price. Very calm location and convenient with the car. Well communicated with tram too.

NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE, EXACT OPPOSITE, DIRTY, OLD, STINKY!
Liked · Unfortunately NOTHING AT ALL!
The only good thing was the receptionist had spoken English & tried to guide me to the property.
Disliked · I paid for the room online over the Booking.com. The pictures of the property on the website were neat & looked tidy!
But as i have arrived it was exact the opposite!
The receptionist had to guide me to the property on the phone as at the time major renovation was in progress & scaffolding were placed in front of the property, which made it difficult to locate.
The area where the hotel is based, looked rough, the carpets in the lobby were stinky & to finish the experience off, my room has been already sold to someone else, even though I have paid for it online!
I got a cash refund & went out upset, as i driven for 3 days & was desperate to rest & now I was left to look for a room to sleep, last minute prices & availability in a city late night are a challenge for a tired traveller!
Very Disappointing!
This was a very relaxed, comfortable hotel surrounded by pleasant parkland with plenty of free parking and a lovely courtyard eating area. We had a large room with a view of the park. The food was good - we had dinner at the hotel both nights, one lunch and one breakfast. It was walking distance from Zuiderpark parkrun, which is what we were there for. It was easy to get into Den Haag centre on public transport, and not far to drive from the Hook of Holland ferry.
The check-in was smooth. The staff were helpful whenever I had a question or asked for assistance. The room was quite spacious. I paid just under 200 Euros for a three-night stay for two people. This was a better price per person per night than hostels in Den Haag or Rotterdam. It is very easy to get to Den Haag or Delft by train from Rijswijk. The hot water supply was good and the water pressure was good. The beds were comfortable enough.
Neat hotel 20 min from the center of the Hague. The rooms was spacious and comfy, comfy bed and nice bathroom.
Everything was tidy and clean.
The restaurant downstairs is perfect, the staff is super kind and attent. We don't eat much in the morning so we ordered a la carte Instead of buffet breakfast (which is 12.5euro pp). For 10-15 euro you can get a nice breakfast for 2 persons.
It is a pretty cute and cool location with a small nearby shopping street incl. grocery store, pubs, and a couple restaurants. The apartment was very nice with natural light, full kitchen, plants, and lots of space. Felt more like being home than a hotel or B&B. Staff was very friendly and how to say : it was overall very private (no one really there).
I was positively surprised by the room size... It was spacious and had all a great set up and same thing for the bathroom. The TV functionalities is a bonus as I could use Netflix/Youtube instead of watching dutch stuff
And the hotel was right across the place I needed to go so that was a bonus for me
Well located hotel with free parking at the accommodation. The rooms are large and have big windows.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. You can get into the city centre or to other cities nearby using the tram (tram station around the corner).
Big room with microwave and small fridge, looked very nice.
Pet friendly, green areas next to the building.
Tram / bus station few minutes to walk, easy to get to the city center.
Limited parking spaces on the premise, but managed to get the place on the property.
The staff was friendly and responded to all of our questions and needs. Breakfast was yummy and fresh, lovely with the omelette station. Our baby even got a gift from the staff, so so lovely of them! Room cleaned every day. Thank you!!
Everything was perfect for our date night!
From the welcome, to the room, the wellness center and dinner.
The special treatment given to my dog was the cherry on the cake :)
I discovered a new favourite hotel!
We liked how cozy the room feels. The bed is so comfy and wide🥰. The shower looks good and spacious with big mirror very much wants of the girls☺️💄. We enjoyed our Anniversary very relaxed and rested.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, some amenities included, like kettle and coffee machine. Also iron and ironing board, comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station.
Room was exactly what we wanted for our three nights in Rijswijk. And we couldn't be more happy with Harry,s amazing customer service.
We will definitely visit this hotel again
Unfortunately, this is the first time I have stayed with such negativity, but this is not a hotel. I think it is suitable for a camp in terms of design or a refugee camp.
